Loggers and truckers can apply for Pandemic Assistance for Timber Harvesters and Haulers beginning on July 22 - October 15, 2021 by completing form FSA-1118. NCFA staff reviewed the PATHH webinar provided by www.farmers.gov on Thursday and have created a PATHH program cheat sheet of information for those of you who do not have availability to watch the webinar. The main thing we want to convey is that all applications must be submitted online, postmarked by, or submitted in person by Oct 15 to apply.
This attached document details important items such as eligibility, requirements, who qualifies, who does NOT qualify (including businesses), the application, and forms needed, and finally, payment. To find a local FSA office, loggers and truckers can check out www.farmers.gov/service-center-locator or call (877) 508.8364 to speak directly with a USDA employee ready to offer assistance.
