LAURINBURG, NC, OCTOBER 17, 2024 – The North Carolina Forestry Association and the Carolina Loggers Association are proud to announce that the 2024 Mid-Atlantic Logging, Biomass, and Landworks Expo will take place on November 1 and 2. This biannual event – the largest live demonstration show on the East Coast – showcases the newest forestry equipment and features fun competitions in a family-friendly setting.

WHAT: Mid-Atlantic Logging, Biomass, and Landworks Expo

WHO: This event is open to the public and is for anyone interested in learning more about the newest logging equipment and machinery. The event is made possible by exhibitors such as Tigercat, James River Equipment, Linder Industrial, John Woodie Enterprises, Weiler Forestry, and more.

WHEN: November 1 & 2, 2024 | Doors open at 8 a.m.

WHERE: 187 Green Chapel Church Rd., Hamlet, NC 28345

Media members are encouraged to attend and can contact Jeanne Harmor to coordinate interviews with event hosts, exhibitors, and patrons. The expected attendance is about 3,500 people over the course of the event.

About Carolina Loggers Association

The Carolina Loggers Association (CLA) is a non-profit corporation organized to promote logging professionalism and business opportunities for the entire forest products network that logging supports. The CLA accomplishes their mission by being a specific and unified voice for timber harvesters in NC, increasing the professionalism of the timber harvesting industry by networking information and using business contacts, educating others about how the logging industry harvests and transports products safely and with sound environmental practices, and maintaining professionalism by promoting and aiding in state certified logger education programs and continuing education components. The CLA continuously promotes worker safety and professionalism in the logging industry by creating and maintaining relationships with other industry associations, government agencies, and allied industry partners.
